Additional charges after account has been settled

Hi, i have already settled the contract & have my deposit slip for May 2013. Now i am presented with a letter which has an invoice stating that i now owe R188.86 This is for services are for April and May before the settlement which should have been included in the settlement amount. For what and why when the account was settled and contract cancelled in May. I cannot even call the 0861 number as it asks for mobile number which it does not recognise hence the contract was cancelled. I informed the customer services agents & was confirmed that i will not be charged for additional payments why am i now charged for what was to be settled

I urgently require answers and there is no permission to debit my account as this contract is null an void.

This is unacceptable behaviour for a company
