Billed me for services I never requested or used

I had one of your agents phone me a month ago trying to sell me added services.
he said that I did not have to decide now but he can email me all the info regarding the services.
I told him that I did NOT want to subscribe to it but I will have a look.

he insisted that I say YES, you can send me the info, so I did so, but told him clearly that I did not want to subscribe.

this month I see Autopage deducted R260 more than my contract for the services.
How can you be so deceiving???

I need this removed and payed back to me, and I need to speak to the guy that did this.
