The call centre called me regarding a provider plan and an accident plan and I specifically told them that Im not interested. I even placed a complain on hellopeter and they called me assuring me that I wouldn't be charged cause I told the lady from the call centre that Im not interested in their services. Since there was a strike for the post office I only received the statement yesterday 04/04/2013 and the statement shows that I was charged for this services. I want all the charges reversed immediately and I want to cancel the edgars account because they are crookes. The statement states the following 13/01/13 Part-Month pers accident insurance R17-52, 07/02/13 Pers accident insurance R22-00, 13/01/13 Part - month family provider plan R13-20 & 07/02/13 Family provider plan R31-00. I want my money back. As it is im struggling to pay the account and they decided to add their own charges for things that I specifically told them that I don't want.
