On several occasions I tried to understand why my monthly billing was more than the agreed 379... I called the call centre spoke to several consultants to no avail. I recently paid my account in fun and requested that my account be closed with immediate effect. Again I was told that I have been handed over to legal but on the statement the due is the 25/08/13.It really frustrates a person when you were promised something and offered bad service in return. COULD YOU PLEASE ENSURE THAT THIS ACCOUNT BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY???
