For the last couple of weeks I've had little to no service during evenings when I am at home, in the middle of Centurion, on both of my Cell C contracts, data and cellular. I cannot acces the internet on my computer or cellphone, I cannot sms or receive calls, this is ubsurd!
I've reported the problem several times (ref: SD134185) and I've been assured that the problem was escalated, but to date, nobody has contacted me and the problem seems to be getting worse!
Surely these are terms for contract breach!
