I have now been asking MTN to email me my billing for about three or four months in a row now!! I have made contact with them more than 5 times already. Every time I contact them I am assured that I will receive my invoices within 24 hours I have still not received any thing. I have even gone as far as to give them two different email addresses and still nothing!!! I have not received any invoices from them from April this year and I am now sick and tired of having to phone and beg them for my invoices!! I am convinced that they now have the worst customer service ever!!! I am not impressed at all!!!
