Reported fault on 11 july, had no phone connection and no adsl internet from wed 10 july the evening till today still no connection ref 116 ctk 110713 received sms yesterday 16 july stating investigation onto dtolen cables done and my area in bethal will get new cables installed and projected date of return of service for phone and adsl internet is 08/08/2013 i understand cable is a big problem but i did not the cables why so long to teplace the cables also will i receive a rebate credit discount on my telkom account for the days i had no phone and adsl internet service up to return of service i was just floored to read the sms saying projected date of return of service 08/08/2013 it is really frusstrating having no phone or adsl and my cellphone bill is sky high due yo no landline as well as having to call telkom on cellphone and then wait on line for callcentre hm scheepers bethal
