I logged a fault with Telkom on 06 December 2013 (Ref:431CRK061213). To date nothing has been done, in fact a fault tracking (Telkom website) reveals that the fault has not yet been logged with their Technical department. They have however, invoiced me for the month of December 2013. The way I see it, this is, charging for services not supplied is illegal and I will be laying a charge against Telkom.
Of course Telkom are going to respond to this complaint with a generic response, this to me, does not constitute a company that responds.
