I have called Mtn customer care for a statetment and Invoices for my business account and every time I called I got told something, so sick of their bad service, Our company has also requested that the email address one there data base be changed and it never was, we are so sick of begging them for statements and invoices every month. We get invoices in the mail but we always getting one or two short, because we have 5 numbers with them. Mtn is one of the worse companies that I have delt with as a credit controller.
