Come on Mtn... This should not happen

On Monday the 29th July, I applied for a Samsung Note LTE. I as told that it would be ordered from JHB and would be available on Friday the 2nd August. Needless to say it as not at the Midelburg Branch on the day I was informed it woulfd be. During the following week I was not contacted atall as to the progress. On the morning of the 9th of August a friend of mine managed to get a tel number for the branch and was informed that the Note had in fact arrived. An arrangement was made with SYLVESTER, that I could collect the note that evening. I was told that the store closes at 18h00. I work from Monday to Sunday out of town, arriving back in Midelburg around 17h30. I arrived at the branch at 17h45 to find the store closed with Sylvester cashing up. As I had made an arrangement to collect the Note, I beconed him to come to the door. I was ignored for about 10 minutes after witch he opened the door... proceeding to tell me that he was not happy with the way I approache the door and thet the store closes at 17h45. I pointed to the sign on the door showing closing time to be 18h00. We argued. Sat 10th August I collected Note only to be told that a Tab was ordered. 14/08/13..NO Note.
