I would like to know whats the meaning of "Trading Hours" because the times on the door states the time the store opens and closes but thats not the case with the Stanger branch. Last month and this month I went to pay my accounts at the Stanger branch at 16:50 and 16:45 on a Friday but was told that the store is closed.
The trading hours on the door states that the store closes and 17:00. I would like to know why I was turned down at 16:50 and 16:45 and told that the store is closed.
