Bought a Bushbaby braai on Tues after 17h00 at the Fourways Mall. When assembling the unit I realized that it had rust on. It is on special so I wanted to return and replace it immediately before it was sold out. I asked for permission to leave work early yesterday (16h30) so that I will at the store before 18h00.I work in Midrand so it takes me quite a while to get there with traffic. I arrived at the store at 17h53 (after driving like a mad person). To my surprise the doors were already closed. I indicated to the security through the glass door that it was not 18h00 yet and that the store only closes at 18h00.There were 2 gentleman and an elderly lady next to me who indicated exactly the same. Security ignored us completely! The one gentleman started screaming at them that he wanted to see the manager immediately (He had to scream since the door was closed and all of us were obviously being ignored). Guess what..they ignored him! I was on time at the store and because of their bad attitude it is now my problem. After speaking to the manager (waiting 20 minutes) he said he would try and deliver the unit to my house because of the incident. When I called now I was told to come and fetch it.
