What do I qualify for Actually???

I got a call from Afrizone-Vodacom on Thursday by Mpho who advised me that I qualified for an additional contract that I would get a Samsung phone and a 300 voucher, she confirmed my details and told me that the phone would be delivered in 5 working days. Then today I got a call from Tankiso saying that Mpho had "actually " to me and I qualified for a cheaper Nokia and a 240 voucher!! I mean what is going on there, before they called didn't they check first? Well I am using a Lumia 520 what benefits are there for me we this cheap phone, get me into more debt? Vodacom says I do not qualify for a Blackberry Z10 but they see fit for me to have 2 contracts, how is that possible? Bad, very unimpressive service. And please give your agents more efficient training, this is embarrassing!! CAN'T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO LAPSE, COME 30 SEPTEMBER!!
