Hi I have taken a laptop on contract from cellc on the 13th of june which is R329 a month well there was some discount that have not been loaded so for 2months I payed extra money and the told me they would credit me back but they have not from the 13th of june to the end of july they charged me R676.40 which was abit to much and for the month of august I payed R509.00 only from this month my installments back to normal so I have phoned so many times for them to credit me back I have paid it nicely although it was not my fault they did not load the discounts @ that time but its so hard for them to pay me my money back I think its not fair @ all!!!
