Im having issues with my telkom line, they keep telling me its the ISP etc. after I phoned again for them to dispatch a technician the women whom i was speaking was just plain rude, i phoned on a Sunday and it sounded like i was bothering her. Her attitude and the ones of Telkom itself stinks. The reason why its going like this is because there are no competitors, Telkom has this whole attitude of use our lines or leave it cause there is no one else. Completely unacceptable.
After being a client for many years i think its time to move on to something else
