Same Old/Same Old

All we hear from Cell C every month is that they are upgrading around Johannesburg, but nothing improves. it just gets worse. Everyday calls are dropped or fail for lack of reception.
Then very month there is no or little reception on my 3G modem. I work from home and for the past 5 days have little or no reception. I cannot receive or send emails. I cannot open web pages.
In fact I'm sending this from a Vodacom 3G modem which works here!!
If you cannot give me a proper service now, please refund me the balance of my 2g a month for a year that I paid R1299 for.
I cannot work like this.
