VODACOM - where are my airtime going to???

I am VERY disappointed with VODACOM as my service provider.

Firstly, when having to have done a swim swop from a curve to a Q5, after 5days it had not yet been done. I had to go in again to a Vodacom shop, where they had a stupid excuse. Paying a R150.00 administration fee for upgrading, but having to go to a shop 10km away each time.

Then, I discovered that when using my new Q5 in the same way as my previous curve - /- R220.00 of my Vodacom airtime has been used within 5 days - without me even using it to call out, or for the downloading of any applications other than whats app.

No one at the Vodacom shop had advised me to buy any data - and when ONLY using BBM and sending 2 whats app messages - another R14.00 went missing within 24 hours? If it costs R14.00 to use bbm each day, why was I not told?

I am just using my phone to bbm and FB, but at this rate my contract will cost me over R1000.00 each month.
