Mtn Complaint - Bad (UNCAPPED) BIS Service

I'd love to express my disappointment with the *mighty* and highly advertised MTN BIS service... MTN has been well advertised of its brilliant services and i was deceived in believing that, i changed my network to MTN for want of the said pleasure of being an MTN subscriber and better BIS but to my disappointment their BIS is the worst i've experienced ever since i've owned a BB since 2008. why say "uncapped BIS" when the truth is you will not download, stream or browse the internet so easily? or if you do, why should it be a hustle to have the page open? Despite that, it takes hours before an e-mail is delivered to or from your BB phone, really i had it better with the network provider i was with before... These are my daily struggles with my new MTN BIS..i've walked into an MTN branch twice to have my phone checked perhaps it could be the problem but NO, and non of the customer care consultants assisted because as far as they were concerned, there was nothing wrong with the phone.i guess i know what time it is now, go back to my former service provider, not perfect but with reliable BIS
