SO, WHEN DO YOU LIFT SUSPENSION?

I changed my package about three months ago. Since I wasn't using as much as previously after my job change, I asked the consultant to recommend the best package for my usage and downgraded to a lower package. I carefully monitored this for the first three months, but there were no additional charges. Although my usage pattern did not change, for some reason in the fourth month, data usage was extremely high (note - I am not blaming anyone or denying that this was the case, I should have monitored it). I was unaware of this and paid the normal, standard fee. I was then sick during last week, and slept through an entire week. This week, I realised that there was a problem when my account was unceremoniously suspended. I then paid in extra to cover whatever was outstanding and even some extra. Isn't it amazing how quick MTNSP is to suspend your service (which does not mean that you don't have to pay the full price, despite not having the service) and how slow they are to turn it back on? There has to be a better way - a real SERVICE PROVIDER.
