It as been 14 days since I requested and paid for a sim swap when I upgraded. But the new sim is not yet activated, but the old one is switched off.
The only reply I get from the call centre is to wait, the transfer has been handed to someone who is on leave, it will be attended too when he is back??? I would love to call Mr. X who is on holiday to hear if he is having fun, because of me not having an active phone, I am loosing revenue, so that means I will not be taking my family on holiday this December.
After 16 calls and 3 visits to the MTN shop and 2 sim cards later, I am still without an active line. Every day a client can not get through to me is money out of my pocket, I am adding up, someone will be held liable.
