I have sent emails, I have tried calling (no answer), I have filled in forms on the website, I have used the "Chat to an Agent" option (the chat always seems to end before the agent finishes assisting me)
And NO ONE seems to ever get back to me regarding any of the issues I have tried reporting.
Ever since the branding has changed from 8ta to Telkom Mobile, the service just seems to have gone down hill.
Not cool. Seriously.
