After my phone was finally found and promises were made to get it to me and then delayed, I finally got my phone on the 13th August 2013. The phone looked fine at the shop except for the flat battery and the fact that it had been formatted. On further inspection at home I realised that the phone was not repaired (battery still not charging) but my phone was formated. Apparently because of a software upgrade (LOL). However, my phone was giving me a notification for a software upgrade. Your customer service is utterly poor and if this is your way of getting back at customers who voice out your incompetency, it is pathetic. Thank you for keeping my phone for a month, formatting it and not fixing it. I could have done that myself! From now on you can deal with my lawyer.
