Rude customer service

I am just too disappointed. I went to the Vodacomshop at Flamwoodwalk, and I received the most terrible service ever. I was told by consultant Thabang that the problem is that I speak English while I am black, if I want to see how an S4 looks like I must Google, his job is to sell phones not to assist with information regarding contacts. He was dismissive and his colleague rescued me by giving me the customer care number to find more information. According to this Thabang guy, it is not his business to explain how contracts work, what options I have as a client. I must come to the shop knowing all this things and take a phone, pay for it and walk out.

Customers do not have a voice in my country shape. We pay for service we get poor delivery. Even if you complain, no one listens, the service provider is always right. I should say though that this vodacom incident was unique, the people at customer care are usually helpful.

There is a lady Sandton vodacom repairs, Lehlogonolo Maropeng, she is great. She is helpful and because of her I will stay with vodacom
