One of the Cell c sales people phoned me offering me 1 GIG data for R69 per month. After 2 months I see there is alot more going off my account - R155. I phoned the call centre on the 29/07/2013. They said someone will get back to me within 48 hours.
A week later I have still not gotten any feedback so I phoned back just to be told are still busy but will get back to me asap.
A week later I have still not gotten any calls... so I phoned again and I'm still waiting for feedback...
This is horrible service - in fact this is a good example of no service.
How difficult can it be to listen to a call and get back to client. They are very fast to sell you something but Man o man cant offer any after sales service.
Its almost time for the next debit order to go off and Its still not sorted.
