I've taken out one of the 3G Uncapped lite packages (before they discontinued them), and they have not billed me since I've had it. All of a sudden today the dongle is does not connect and the call centre says my account has been suspended!!!
I have not received 1 sms... I have not received 1 call... I have not received 1 e-mail saying anything about late or no payments. I am not going to take responsibility for something I did not do wrong.
How are we going to resolve this???

PS - just made a post on Facebook, en they deleted it within a couple of seconds!!! Luckily I took a screenshot of it.
