PAY YOUR ACCOUNT AND GET SUSPENDED!!!

Dear Hellopeter,
I phoned customer care 2 months ago and asked for my accounts to be sent via e-bill because I never received my accounts in the post. Until today they still don't send my statements so what I do every month is phone for balances. As always last month I phoned for balances and paid a rounded off amount on each contract as I always do. Yesterday I received a missed call from customer care and shortly afterwards I was suspended and received a sms from cell c that I am R210 in arrears??? I phoned for my balances??? When I phoned customer care to tell them this they said the same thing they always say, 'I will send an email and someone will call you back'!!! The same as with my router that I am being billed for but I still have not received it! I don't at all see where I went wrong, I paid what the consultant said was due. All I want is to be re-connected, if there was a mistake made by the consultant I will gladly pay it month end. I just want to be re-connected as this was by no means a mistake on my part. Also, I am being billed for a router I never received but did order about 2 months ago. I was sent 2 incorrect routers and still am waiting for the right one??
