Good day
I have received an sms today stating that my account is overdue and will be suspended, i had contacted the call centre on Monday the 6th January and received a response from the consultant that he has noted that he had received the proof of payment that I had emailed to him and that my account will be cleared.
However 5 days has passed now and it still has not been cleared. I am very upset as this will negatively impact my credit rating. i have been a very loyal customer to MTN, i am even in the process of getting a new upgrade!
Please try to resolve this problem urgently else i will not be renewing my contract!
