Charge for re-connection fee wrongfully

Once again Autopage did not fail to disappoint me! In the beginning of January 2013 I received a sms saying that my account will be suspended due to non payment, I phoned the accounts dept immediately stating that my account has been fully paid even giving ref numbers, I was assured that the issue will be sorted out. Like many of us, so I saw on this website my account was still suspended, even though it was paid, even though I phoned accounts. I put it on hello peter and my phone was put on quickly without any contact from autopage. This month I received my bill and guess what? I was billed for a re-connection fee twice!!! Wrongfully and 2 times. Again I phoned accounts stating my problem. Again I was told that all will be sorted out and a credit will be passed. I received a sms today telling me that my account will be suspended if I do not pay my re-connection fee... the one that was wrongfully given to me and the billed TWICE!!! This isn't funny anymore, I'm tired of waisting my airtime on Autopages accounts department??
