I have 2 mtn contracts as well as a data contract. The one handset I upgraded last year, Blackberry 9790 is faulty. I require p.o.p to take to a MTN store to have them look at it. Note that I am a corporate client. So I call 808 and they advise me I have to call 0839003325 as Im a corporate client. I call a week ago with no feedback. I call again today and Im told they cant locate that specific p.o.p. I apparently need to email [Email Removed] was even at one stage told to contact RTT to ask them for the p.o.p. Where is the customer service in that? I pay alot of money monthly to MTN and never miss a debit order and feel that as Im the client MTN should be willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Im seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Note i dont have a handset thanks to this.
