After my original complaint on the 26th of July - I was contacted by Uraz of the escalations department and told that the "outsource company" would contact me - they did on the 31st of July and was told they would get back to me within 48 Hours. NOTHING!!! I have been a Vodacom Client for the last 12 years - I have 3 contracts with Vodacom - I am seriously considering moving to another service provider where hopefully the customer service will be better than this!!
