No response/poor service

Ive recently registered with Mobimoola, I spoke Olwethu, who took down my details and promised that I would receive a text message with the next steps. I did not receive any text. I then called back and spoke to someone else who then gave me a client number and didnt tell me what to do with it. I called back again and another lady said the person I had spoken to previously was suppose to have given me an sms number to send details to to receive moola. I did exactly as she said. No text or moola came through. I then called in again and finally spoke to a Rochelle, who said she was going to investigate and get back to me, she took down my details, id and cell number and yet up till now, still no response.

To get through to their call centre is almost impossible, their network is bad, you need to attempt a number of times before going through and once you do you still get put on hold which wastes a lot of airtime which costs money. their service is not user friendly. I still have not received any money and yet they will charge their fees month end.
