Broken phone in 3 weeks

We have been upgraded with a new sony experia 3 weeks ago, worst phone ever. the speaker doesnt work and the phone didnt fall or anything. After numerous calls to altech they agreed to pick up this phone and replacing it with a new handset. Yesterday i spoke to Nigel and he advised Tebogo our first sales consultant would send someone out yesterday to fetch this Rubbish! No one has called and you dont get hold of either one of them. i want this phone collected today as i will NOT PAY FOR THIS PHONE THIS MONTH BECAUSE YOU CAN BEARLY USE IT!

I want someone to be in contact with us today, or they will cancel this contract and go to another service provider. My details are. W Nortje
