So far this is my second report to Hellopeter about this. The previous details show how the Vodacom store in Lakeside mall took three months to activate my account. After i then said i no longer want it because of useless service, and reported it to hellopeter. They transfered the account and activated on my name after i in email stated i do not want it. I once again had to go into the stores to attempt to resolve this and was met by bad attitude in most cases. Vodacom has now reported me to ITC as i refuse to pay for a bad service. Therefore i am reporting them again and will be going to Icasa.
