Cell phone/ Sony Ericson Experia

I have a top up contract with Autopage since 2011-08-31. Last September (2012) the phone started giving problems with the speaker and switching off while busy talking to someone.
I took it in, took them six weeks to fix.
In 2013 January the problem started again took it in, waited five weeks.
To my disappointment, I'm stilling sitting with the same problem after all this. I'm paying insurance every month on this phone.
