Incorrect contract option

I took a cellphone contract at Mtn Vereeniging on the 30th April 2013 and was assisted by Silumko Magwa employed by Mtn Vereeniging. I chose a 24 months contract of R279.99 per month and i told him i do not want any hidden costs and he assured me that i will not pay anything extra except R279.99 per month.

I was shocked when i was debited with R3032.17 on the 20.06.2013 and again R3589.88 on the 20.07.2013. I phoned Mtn Customer Care and was referred toMtn Vereeniging where i took the contract but did not get any help.

I told the manager i did not choose the contract that was above R279.99. I do not know what to do any more.
