This is the 2nd time this year that my bill has come to Ridiculous amounts... and this is after my account has been capped.
it is impossible to keep track of data useage if the capping service is not reliable or effective!!!
The out of bundle rates that vodacom charges is just Ridiculous... R2000 for a gig... and you dont even know you are paying for it until you get a huge bill at the end of the month!!
I would expect more reliable systems in place from a campany of this size.
This amount is not fair and it not affordable.
