NO Response in a Week

I must say Ruth WAS helpful at first handling my query But no not so much. I am waiting for feedback for a week now... sent a email to [Email Removed] and cc'd [Email Removed] on 7 August, 8 August, 12 and 13 August and NO FEEDBACK... not even a email saying we are still busy... Trying to call the call centre is a waste of time!!! I am extremely frustrated and want this resolved! Can someone Please contact me URGENTLY!!! Seems like posting on Hello Peter is the only way of getting help!!!
