I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT ON 26 OCT 2013, AFTER RECEIVING A RIDICULOUS BILL FOR THIS PERIOD.
AFTER INQUIRIES AT THE ACCOUNT DEPT I WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE DATA IS INVOICED AT R2000.00 A GIG.FURTHERMORE I DONT HAVE A BUNDLE THEREFORE MY DATA ACCOUNT FOR NOVEMBER IS APPRX R6000.00.THE CONTRACT I AM ON ALLOWS FOR A GIG A MONTH AND THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION WHEN IT IS UP AND AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS CAN OCCUR WHICH WILL COST ME R2.00 A MB RELATING TO R2000.00 A GIG.IF I PUT A ALERT ON THE DATA THEN I CANNOT USE MY PHONE THUS THE MINUTES ON THE CONTRACT CANNOT BE UTILIZED.

THE STORE WHERE I UPGRADED LED ME UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT WHEN THE DATA HAS BEEN USED I CAN PURCHASE MORE DATA, HOW? THEIR IS NO NOTIFICATION WHEN THE DATA IS DEPLETED.THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS NOT DISCLOSED TO THE PUBLIC, HOWEVER FALSE ADVERTISING IS EVERYWHERE ALLOWING THE CLIENT TO BELIEVE THAT DATA THROUGH VODACOM IS CHEAP.I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR THE EXTRA DATA AT THE RATE ADVERTISED IN THE STORE BUT NOT AT THE UNDISCLOSED PRICE.ON INQUIRY AT THE STORE I AM TOLD MY DAUGHTER HAS DOWNLOADED GAMES.THE POINT MISSED THAT THE DATA IS AT APPARENTLY R1000.00 A GIG AND NOT DISCLOSED BY THE STORE OR VODACOM.
