I have phoned Cell C customer care 3 times in the last 2 weeks to ask them to kindly stop sending me advertising SMS messages.
Each time I was assured I would no longer be receiving ANY messages from Cell C. But still the messages persist. I count no less than 12 messages from you guys from when I first made a complain over the phone.
Please make them stop or I will of the legal route for unsolicited contact and harassment. I have recordings for all my phone calls with Cell C customer Care.
