As agreed when signing my 2 yr contract, the monthly rate has been and should be, R248. This is the amount that has been debited since April 2012.
As of July 201, this was increased by R4 for itemised billing and CLI, without notice and without agreement.
Please can you explain how this is allowed, when we sign the contract for a certain amount. I have always been with MTN (over 10 yrs) and this has never happened before.
Customer Care email were pathetic.
