I have an MTN cellular contract and usually the amount I pay at the end of the month is in line with that of which is in the contract. To my suprise the amount I had to pay at the end of June 2013 was more than the usual amount.
More than a week later I get an email informing me of CLI and itemised billing increases.
Is this how MTN goes about doing business nowadays? Take your money first and explain later!!
I still got about 8months left on this contract and I am strongly considering not renewing it and to change service providers.
