Poor poor service from the consultant by the name of Tsepo Kekana from the call centre. I called to have the contract cancelled, spent 16 minutes on the phone with the guy that does not even know what they are doing. Requested to speak to a manager (Sageda Ravat) and very surprisingly Tsepo Kekana gives the phone the a colleague next to him to act as his manager.
I would like this matter resolved and the contract cancelled as in yesterday and would like something done regarding the poor service at the call centre, i don't know how you train your agents. For your information i did not even open a contract with RMCS. I am working for Vodacom and queries like these bring down Vodacom service. Please assist asap
