Process started 3 weeks ago when i attempted to get information on products.
after calling through to the call centre the agent decide to hang up on me.
i called again and while i asked the agent to assist me she hung up on me.
the 3rd time around i requested my contract be cancelled due to the poor behaviour.
no one followed through.
which brings me to today after trying to get my phone unlocked without succeeding i proceeded to get my contract cancelled again.
i spoke to a agent who could not help me. i was put through to a manager or so i was told!
this man said he would call me back sorting out all my issues and hours later no call.
Vodacom is and i have nothing better to do then let everyone know it!!!
every social platform will have this poor work ethic from vodacom all over
there is so much more to this but just cant type it all.
