My mother was having issues with her contract. Since Monday she has received 8 different reference numbers and nobody has reverted, even once. Then we called today and spoke with Keith Kelly, who was too say the least, BRILLIANT. After listening to our issues and not once interrupting he managed to sort out issues even we didn't know existed.
Keith has shown why we have several contracts with Autopage and we are now considering our upgrades with him too...
Going forward, we will only be dealing with Keith and NOBODY else and if he no longer works there we will cancel all contracts...
