I have the contract with cell c and their customer service are failing me while they are always debiting my cash for the services that me not using, they are failing to do me a simple thing a sim swap for my contract phone that was, i everyday contact them more than 3 times but they have failed me.their contract is based on false information as they are charging me more that hey were suppose to, the person sold me this contract to just to win me, she told me that i wont pay for the phone as it belongs to them and when my phone was they told me they wont replace it and i should have covered it with them but i asked them how can i cover the material that doesn't belongs to me but have the different owner and that owner must take the responsibility of taking care of his property.
i told their customer service that they must inform their billing not to debt my cash until they have offered me the services that i deserve and they told me if i don't pay they will sent me with their lawyers and just because i don't have a lawyer i must keep paying for the services that they are failing to do, they are failing to do me a sim swap bt i have to keep on paying .its unfai
