I have 3 devices on Vodacom and for the last 6 months it was rare that I was on 3G - mostly on EDGE. I logged a call, technicians went out to the area on 2 occasions. Nothing improved, they met me at my house and installed a booster until another tower can be put up in the area, which is sooner rather than later. The experience took a while, but their follow up was very good and the service was quite professional.
