Thanks for the below and your promise to have my Nano Sim by today, Thursday 8th.

To be honest, similar to my initial concerns and complaints as listed on HelloPeter - I also thought this would prove unlikely.

Seems I was correct -I just had a call from your courier asking if I would be home in Umtata today. Umtata? I live in Cape Town - same place I have always lived, same place you manage to send my monthly invoices to.

Guess I won't receive it this week - 2 weeks, 4 calls to your call centre, 2 posts on HelloPeter, 2 direct email later - I remain waiting in hope. Really, can it be this hard to send me a simple SIM card?

When my contract expires, which is soon - I will not renew with Virgin Mobile.

Please note we did not have stock for the Nano SIM cards, Stock was only received today afternoon.

I have arranged for the SIM card to be delivered ASAP, you should receive the SIM card the latest of Thursday the 8th of August 2013.
