To be honest, similar to my initial concerns and complaints as listed on HelloPeter - I also thought this would prove unlikely.
Seems I was correct -I just had a call from your courier asking if I would be home in Umtata today. Umtata? I live in Cape Town - same place I have always lived, same place you manage to send my monthly invoices to.
Guess I won't receive it this week - 2 weeks, 4 calls to your call centre, 2 posts on HelloPeter, 2 direct email later - I remain waiting in hope. Really, can it be this hard to send me a simple SIM card?
When my contract expires, which is soon - I will not renew with Virgin Mobile.
