NO signal or response from MTN

In December 2012, we opened a MTN data contract at Autopage Centurion, but we have never got any signal on the MTN network (no bars out of 5 bars) from our house in Centurion. The line occasionally comes up, but never stays connected fro more than a few hours. We followed up with Autopage Centurion, who said it was a MTN network problem, and logged a call with MTN. Since then (4 months), we have has NO response or signal from MTN.

We have also logged a call with MTN directly (ref # 0054414) and while it has been logged with MTN, we still have had NO response from MTN whatsoever. Repeated requests and complaints have also yielded NO RESPONSE FROM MTN WHATSOEVER!!!

We are paying for a MTN service that does NOT work and that we CANNOT use.

P.S. Vodacom signal is perfect in our house, but we are bound to a 24 month contract with MTN. I would change if I could.
