During the week of the 22nd July I called the Virgin Mobile Customer Care line on #123 as per my cellphone.
I spoke to an agent and requested a nano-sim card as I had bought an Iphone. She took the order and promised delivery "... within 5 working days". By the afternoon of Friday the 2nd August I had still received nothing - my iPhone sitting idle. I called #123 again and explained the problem. The agent told me to wait whilst she investigated- she put me on hold never to be heard from again. I waited, waited - nothing. I thought maybe she would call me back when she realized she had dropped me - given that she had my cellphone number. Nothing.
I am still waiting for my nano-sim - still waiting for even a call back to explain the situation. Maybe an apology?
Nothing. My expectations were not too high when I first called to order the Sim - true to form I have been let down, again.
I wait in hope...
