Nano sim purchased no service 48 hrs late

Bought Nano sim on 29 Jan 2013 from Autopage Northpark. Sim not on their system so they can't acitvate it, but I can take it with me they will sort it out, they need to send an email. Nothing happend the rest of the day.

Phoned them on 30 Jan, no sorry they did'nt receive a reply on their email they will phone me by the end of the day. I did not receive a call from them.

Phoned on 31 Jan, no sorry no reply yet and they don't work on a system that they can phone someone to sort it out. They will find me another sim from another store (Montana) which I phoned in the first place who did not have stock and will only receive next week. Oh, now they have stock I can just again get in my car and go and collect it from Montana.

It is the end of the month and I can't do any of my internet banking for my SIM is not activated.

Been with Autopage since 2004, I will not renew my contract with them. Received bad service from Montana in the past and now from Northpark. Faerie Glen always delivered a very good service.
